How do I submit a superbill?

The process for submitting a superbill is different with each insurance company. Some insurance companies offer a portal and others require mail. Both the portal and mail service generally include the superbill attached to a claim form that is found on the insurance providers website.

What happens after I submit a superbill?

Your insurance company will review your claim; this may take several weeks. After its been reviewed the reimbursement amount will be mailed to you. If you have a deductible, the amount will be applied to the deductible.
